Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth Games Total Shipments and Digital Sales Surpassed 1.5 Million Copies

Bandai Namco has announced that both Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth and Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth – Hacker’s Memory have surpassed 1.5 million copies sold worldwide in total shipments and digital sales.

Developed by Media.Vision and published by Bandai Namco Entertainment for PS Vita and PS4, Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth is an RPG based on the Digimon franchise. It is the fifth game in the Digimon Story series, following 2011's Digimon Xros Wars, and the first to be released on home consoles. An English version of the game was released in early February 2016. Unlike previous Digimon games, it does not have an English dub and retains Japanese voice acting.

Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth – Hacker's Memory is set during the events of 2015's Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth. It was released in Japan in December 2017, and worldwide the following month. In July 2019, a port to Nintendo Switch and PC, alongside its predecessor, Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth, was announced for release on October 18, 2019, as Digimon Story Cyber Sleuth: Complete Edition. The game shares elements and locations from its predecessor, while featuring a new story and an expanded amount of Digimon creatures the player can collect.
